Super Fan

Yesterday, I had a miniature panic attack. The spectator bus was cancelled for the wrestling meet! I was so disappointed. Before going to class I grabbed my phone. It was the only time I ever texted in class and I ASKED if it was okay. Honestly, I dont know how people can hide texting. In 72 minutes I somehow arranged a ride for Jane and I!! We rode up with Kim and the kids and back with Casey's mon. It was so much fun. Even the two hour car rides!! And so worth it. The Whitehall boys went from top 8 in the state, to top 4! They wrestle again in one hour. Keep your fingers crosses.

State Bound

Tomorrow is team wrestling state. Whitehall Wrestlers are the top eight in the state. They have their first round tomorrow. The wrestlers left tonight. As a surprise for them, the town lined the streets of town. The wrestlers loved it. And they were surprised too. It was a fun night.

I had lots of fun making posters with Janelle and Jane. We did a pretty good job if I do so say myself. Best of luck to the wrestlers. You guys deserve it.

A Day with Case

Today, very very early this morning I woke up to go to Casey's wrestling meet. Before we went his mom, her boyfriend, and I went out to breakfast. It was really yummy. And then we spent hours upon hours sitting in a high school gym watching wrestling. I can only handle so much wrestling! It is so stressful to watch. I get too nervous.

After the meet was over, we headed out for dinner. We ate at Buffalo Wild Wings, Casey's favorite. It's one of my favs too. It's so good! We also stopped at McDonalds for Shamrock Shakes. I've never had one before, and I loves it. It was so good!!!! Much better than I expected.

The whole ride home Casey and I looked at the very bright stars. They were so pretty. I love the stars! It was the perfect way to end an already good day:]

To Do List.

I have been so bad about blogging lately. And I really even have not been that busy, just preoccupied. I'll get better again. No worries.

Today I found something that I must do. I love running. As a cross country runner I run a lot of 5k's, but none of them look this fun.

I am totally doing this.

Birthday Surprises!

Today is my wonderful moms birthday! Her birthday had a few great surprises. I had secretly planned for my big brother Derek to come home. She was so surprised and happy to see him. It made the whole family smile. I also made dinner, which was a TON of work. We had garlic chicken, butternut squash, and asparagus. For dessert we are having a modified version of cookie dough topped brownies. (instead of using meted chocolate on top I used chocolate fudge!) All of the foods were brand new recipes my sister Breanne helped me find. It was fun to try something new! And yummy! Everyone was very pleased with dinner. And I cannot wait for dessert!!!!!

Happy Birthday to my mom! My best friend.

Super Bowl Sunday

I am beginning to get over the loss of my boys, The Patriots. So I can actually post this blog.

Yesterday, as you all know, was the Super Bowl. For many of you that means fun parties with lots of yummy food. However, for me it meant cuddled up on the couch with Case, Mom, Dad, and the pups. We did not have a party, it was better. We had yummy appetizers, dinner, AND dessert. We played fun, silly games and tried to win cars. It wasn't extravagant, but it was the best Super Bowl gathering.

I wouldn't have traded it for the world.

Here are some pics of the Pats loving house -

Terrific Tuesday

Yesterday, I headed over to the barn for my first lesson with Lovie. I was so excited to start working with her. She was such a good girl. I was blown away that such little things could make a huge difference. Tara gave me so many little tips. I almost thought Lovie was a different horse!!

When I was all done with Lovie, I got to ride with my favorite little girl. Haley came out to the barn to ride Sherman. We had so much fun. I hadn't seen her since October so we had lots of catching up to do. She made my night. Maybe my week! She is by far the cutest first grader.
