The past week in Desktop Publishing, we have been planning virtual vacations to another country. I chose Switzerland. I've learned so much! I know all the best restaurants, activities to do, and places to stay. I even had to make an itinerary. Doing this project has made me want to go to Switzerland!
As an extra credit opportunity we can make something of the country we chose. So, I made Swiss Cookies! I was a little skeptical because the ingredients were a little weird! However, the cookies turned out great! I love them. They are now added to the list of Christmas cookies we annually bake. They will be a great addition!
